The chip is what matters, not the board. There is no list your board has to be on. Open your project and the agent reads it: your devicetree, your Kconfig, your build settings, and the hardware you have connected.

Two device tools come with the cellular parts: a board shell that sends AT and Zephyr shell commands and reads until the board finishes answering, and a modem trace that decodes why a modem will not attach, including whether it found cells and never joined or saw nothing at all.
